FAQs
Yes, there’s no obligation to work with us exclusively.
We’ll ask for a copy of your CV and current Practising Certificate as well as some other information to confirm your identity. Then we’ll ask you to sign a Consultancy Services Agreement. There may be further requirements depending on the client you’re working with.
As much as you want. You set your working hours and days and we fit around you.
We (the management team) manage most projects centrally. We’ll provide you with all the necessary resources and precedents you may need and be on hand if you have any questions.
No. You’ll be covered under the PI policy of the relevant client firm you’re working with.
No. We can contract with you in your individual capacity, or if you prefer, you can contract via a personal service company.
In general, all our work is outside IR35. You’ll be responsible for managing and paying your own taxes.
